The Forth Valley District Wildcats Adventurer club accomplished a special achievement on Sabbath 12 March when they participated in an Adventurer Bible Experience  at Newbold College. They achieved a "First Place" in a competition that tested their collective knowledge of two books of the Bible. 26 teams from across the British Isles had made it through to this round.

The quizzes of the day required thorough knowledge of the Bible book of Ruth and 1 Kings 1-6. Many questions may have been tricky to answer. But the Forth Valley District Wildcats, supported by club leader Jessica Perea and Scottish Mission Pathfinder co-sponsors, Pastor Njabulo and Mthoko Ndlovu, had prepared thoroughly for the challenge. As part of their preperation they had regular Zoom meetings with the Sheffield Bungreave Adventurers who acted as study buddies.  They had spent hours preparing for this prestigeous event.

Having achieved a "First Place" the challenge now becomes even more serious. The club is now preparing to travel to Belfast on 16 April to participate in the next level of the Bible Experience that will pit the best teams from around the Trans European Division against even more intense testing. They are very excited about this upcoming challenge, and revising with great energy and enthusiasm. Their Study buddies from Sheffield have also qualified for the Belfast event and they are all looking forward to meeting up again.

In the Adventurer universe, Bible Experiences are aimed at developing a love for reading and studying scripture. The competitions are designed to develop and challenge everyone's potential. All clubs who achieved above 90% in the testing qualified to go to Belfast. All-in-all 21 teams from the British Union Conference have made it through to this final event.
