It was my desire and intention to present the State of The Union address to you on YouTube this afternoon, 8 June. Unfortunately, we could not go live with this interactive Address due to technical challenges beyond my control.
You are all aware of the importance I place on integrity and transparency. As you can imagine, I am deeply disappointed and sorry that I have not been able to engage as planned.
My team and I are working with the media team to identify an appropriate date to deliver the State of the Union Address as intended.
Thank you for your patience and for your ongoing support as you continue to journey with us as I seek to serve and sustain the British Union territory both now and tomorrow.

I hope this message finds you well and filled with the blessings of the Lord.
I am delighted to inform you of an important event that will take place in our Union!
On Sabbath, 8 June 2024, at 5:00 pm on our BUC YouTube channel, we will host a special BUC Presidential Address entitled the 'State of The Union'. This interactive address will be delivered live on the BUC YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/live/xFF--Vpw6ig) and will provide a comprehensive overview of where we are on the delivery of the BUC Strategic Plan.
This interactive session will allow you, as ministers and the membership, to engage in conversation about how the BUC is doing, understand the challenges we face within the BUC territory, and envision the future with us. This will be a moderated event. You can engage in the conversation by sending questions to sotu@adventist.uk by noon on Friday, 7 June 2024, and we will seek to answer as many as we can.
The 'State of The Union: The Address' will cover a wide range of topics, including the BUC Strategic Plan and the BUC Value Proposition. It will be an opportunity for us to acknowledge some of the challenges that we face within the BUC, reflect on some significant achievements, and begin to articulate a way forward for the BUC as we continue to serve the Lord and His people in this delegated area of the work of the General Conference.
I encourage every one of you to mark your calendars and make plans to join us live for this important event. Your presence and participation are invaluable as we come together to strengthen our Church and advance the mission of the Kingdom of God. If you cannot watch it live, we ask that you and your members engage with the presentation as early as possible and send any feedback to sotu@adventist.uk.
