Scottish Mission Welcomes Two New Ministry Sponsors
New appointments mark an encouraging step forward for Children's and Women's Ministries across the Scottish Mission.
The Scottish Mission Executive Committee has appointed two new ministry sponsors, with immediate effect, strengthening support for Children's and Women's Ministries across Scotland.
Elizabeth Iheoma takes up responsibility for Children's Ministries, a position that has remained vacant for some time. With a background in education, she brings valuable experience to the role and will help support local churches in nurturing children's faith, development and involvement in church life.
Neacha Morris joins the Women's Ministries team, bringing a professional background in finance and a fresh perspective to the department.
She will serve alongside existing sponsor Priscilla Bhebhe, supporting the continued development of Women's Ministries initiatives across the Scottish Mission.
The appointments come as the Scottish Mission prepares to implement its strategic plan, Every Community, Every Generation, which places particular emphasis on nurturing faith, strengthening local churches and engaging people across all generations.
The Scottish Mission warmly welcomes Elizabeth and Neacha to their new responsibilities and invites members across Scotland to support them in prayer as they begin their respective roles.
