Easter Greeting from the Scottish Mission President, Pr Jimmy Botha.
The daffodils serve as nature's gentle reminder, signaling the arrival of warmer months and brimming with the promise of new beginnings. Yet, within the embrace of approaching summer lies not only the assurance of renewed life but also the promise of eternal life.
As we approach the joyous celebration of Easter, it is a time for reflection, renewal, and rejoicing in the glorious message of hope and redemption that defines our faith. Easter reminds us of the profound love of our Saviour, Jesus Christ, who sacrificed Himself for our sins and triumphantly rose from the grave to grant us eternal life.
In a world often overshadowed by uncertainty and strife, the Easter season offers a beacon of light, a steadfast reminder that even in our darkest moments, there is always hope. It is a time to rekindle our faith, to reaffirm our commitment to serving others, and to extend the same grace and compassion that Christ so generously bestowed upon us.
