Crieff Church Raises £2,386 for ADRA-UK Through Afternoon of Music
Local performers helped make an afternoon of music at Crieff Seventh-day Adventist Church a memorable fundraiser for ADRA-UK.
Crieff Seventh-day Adventist Church hosted an afternoon of music on Saturday, 13 June 2026, to raise funds for ADRA-UK, the humanitarian agency of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Organised by ADRA-UK Ambassador Ruth Arthur, the programme featured a varied and thoughtfully curated selection of music and poetry, alongside interviews and presentations highlighting ADRA's humanitarian work. A diverse line-up of musicians, singers and speakers took part, showcasing a wide range of styles that were spiritually uplifting and reflective, complementing the mission-driven focus of the event.

More than 100 adults and children attended, travelling from churches across Scotland as well as from the local community. Their support helped create a warm and encouraging atmosphere throughout the programme.
One of the highlights of the afternoon was an interview with Steve and Zeny Cooper from ADRA Lebanon. Visiting Scotland during a period of respite from Beirut, they shared insights into ADRA's work in Lebanon and highlighted the continuing need to provide clean water and hygiene kits for people affected by conflict and disaster.

Thanks to the generosity of those who attended, the event raised £2,386 for ADRA-UK. The funds will support a water project, helping to provide safe water for communities in need.
The organisers expressed their appreciation to everyone who contributed to the success of the afternoon, including the performers, volunteers and organising teams, as well as all those who attended and supported the fundraising effort.
