Paisley Ukrainian Group Hosts Winter Trip to Glencoe
Paisley Ukrainian Group brought children and families together for a fun-filled winter day of skiing and snow activities at Glencoe Mountain Ski Centre.
On Sunday, 15th February, the Paisley Sabbath School Branch (Ukrainian Group) organised a day trip to Glencoe Mountain Ski Centre for children during the school holiday. The event offered a range of snow activities, including skiing, snowball fights, and snowman building, providing a fun-filled experience for all participants.
The trip gave families an opportunity to spend quality time together outdoors. Parents and children shared smiles, encouragement, and teamwork, creating memorable moments in the snow. "Such experiences are so important for strengthening family bonds and nurturing happy, healthy children," organisers noted.
In line with community outreach initiatives, families who are not part of the Adventist Church were also invited. Many new friends attended, enjoying the day and forming connections in a relaxed, social environment.
Organisers added, "We feel truly blessed for the beautiful snowy weather and the chance to spend this special day together, fostering both family joy and community friendship."
