Sip and Paint Day Brings Women Together at Paisley
On 27th April, the Paisley Women’s Ministry hosted a Sip and Paint event at Paisley Church, where women gathered to reflect, share, and express their faith through art, guided by Scripture.
On a bright Sunday afternoon, the Paisley Women’s Ministry brought together colour, creativity, and Christian fellowship in a joyful Sip and Paint event at Paisley Church. As part of the church’s outreach through the Urban Centre of Influence (UCI) project, the event offered a welcoming space for women to gather informally, share experiences, reflect spiritually, and express their faith through art.
Guided by their chosen Bible verses, each attendee translated Scripture into a personal work of art. Joyful energy and encouragement filled the room as each woman explored her creativity, resulting in a gallery of unique, faith-driven artwork.
As creativity flowed, so did laughter and meaningful conversations, with women connecting on a deeper level through the shared experience.
The afternoon concluded on a sweet note, with a delicious spread of cakes, savouries, and refreshing mocktails, providing the perfect opportunity for participants to relax, share the stories behind their creations, and celebrate the spiritual and artistic journey they had experienced together.

More than a social event, this gathering embodied the deeper purpose of the Women’s Ministry: to strengthen bonds among women and gently share the message of faith through creative outreach.
The Paisley Women's Ministry looks forward to hosting more uplifting events like this one, where faith and fellowship come together in meaningful ways.
