The baptism of six individuals from the West of Scotland provided a meaningful conclusion to year 2024 – a moment of profound spiritual significance and communal joy.

The event, held on the afternoon of December 14th, marked an important milestone in the individuals’ spiritual journeys, bringing together churches from Irvine, Faifley, and Paisley in a shared celebration of faith.

“It was an immense privilege to guide these young people through Bible studies and witness their personal growth and dedication to their faith,” commented the local pastor, Ratko Risteski. Pastor Wilfred Masih also played a significant role, conducting Bible studies with one of the candidates to help prepare them for this meaningful step.

The afternoon programme was graciously hosted by Pastor Fitzroy Morris, who serves as the pastor of Dunfermline Church. His warm welcome set the tone for a meaningful and reflective gathering.

This event was not only a celebration of personal decisions but also a testament to the fruitful ministry in West Scotland. The year 2024 has been particularly productive, with 18 people joining our churches across the district. “We are grateful to God for His guidance and abundant blessings throughout this journey,” the pastor added.

As these young believers step into their new spiritual journeys, our prayer is that they continue to grow in faith, wisdom, and strength, becoming true reflections of Christ in their lives and communities.

May God bless each one of them abundantly and guide them every step of the way.
