Scottish Mission Women Gather in Dundee for Day of Fellowship
Held annually, the Scottish Mission Women’s Day of Fellowship this year took place in Dundee, bringing women together in worship and fellowship.
Women from across the Scottish Mission gathered in Dundee on Sabbath, 7 March, for the annual Women’s Day of Fellowship in a spirit of sisterhood, worship, and reflection on the Word of God.
The programme included a praise and worship session led by a team comprising members from different churches. This was followed by a Sabbath School presentation by Cedrene Botha on the theme, “Praying the Names of God,” which invited participants to consider different aspects of God’s character through prayer.
During the Divine Service, the Paisley Women’s Ministries leaders presented the message titled “A Woman, Faith, and Prayer,” emphasising the importance of a life grounded in faith and consistent prayer.
Following a time of fellowship over lunch, the afternoon programme continued with further moments of reflection and interaction. The day concluded with a group photo session, capturing the unity and shared experience of women from across the Mission.
As participants departed, many expressed appreciation for the opportunity to connect, worship, and be spiritually encouraged. Attention now turns to the next Women’s Ministries event, an Afternoon Tea scheduled for 7 June.
